helping you on the road to recovery
The process to remove water is complex and requires a professional water removal technician that has the skill, experience, and certifications needed to make sure it’s done properly and safely. It’s not enough to just vacuum up the water and hope everything will be fine. Proper extraction and cleanup after a water damage incident requires detailed inspections of all affected areas, meticulously planned course of actions, and the industry’s best in water removal equipment and cleaning solutions.
We are the Premier Restoration and Property Services Company of choice for our customers, employees, subcontractors, and suppliers, positively impacting our customers’ lives and changing the culture of the restoration industry.
A Recromax technician will visit to assess damages and perform EMS services. They will review Recromax’s “Road to Recovery” process with you, review what to expect next, and obtain a work authorization form.
Your Recromax technician will schedule a walk through of your property prior to the completion of your EMS services. A Recromax representative (estimator or project manager) will conduct the walk through in order to inspect your property and begin the rebuild process.
When your estimate is approved by your carrier, your project manager will finalize the following:
- Scope of Work
- Material Selections
- A Payment plan
- Recromax Contract
Within 72 hours, your estimate will be submitted to your carrier. During this period of time, material selections can begin.
Now the phase to recovery begins!Your project manager will coordinate any required engineering and apply for the needed local municipality permits. Your project manager will now provide you with a proposed reconstruction schedule.
During the reconstruction process here is what to expect:
- Quality of workmanship inspections by your project manager
- Needed phase approvals by insured
- Updates on progress from your project manager
- Inspections by building officials
It is now time to conduct the final inspections! Once final inspections are complete, final payment will be collected. Your project manager will review COS and request that you complete a survey about your experience working with Recromax!
